WHAT TO SWAP

We’re all about quality items that still have plenty of life left in them — pieces you’ve loved, but are ready to pass on.

Please bring items that are:
• Clean, folded or pressed
• Good quality with a long potential lifespan
• Free of major faults (minor, easily repairable issues like a missing button are fine)

A good rule of thumb: would you happily give it to a friend?

The best swaps are clothes you once loved but no longer wear — ready for someone new to enjoy.

To keep standards high for everyone, we don’t accept heavily worn, unclean, damaged, or overly fast-fashion items that are past their best. We also don’t accept undergarments, swimwear, or tracksuits.

Once an item has been swapped, it’s final.
